時代祭りは、京都で最も大きなお祭りの一つです。明治時代から平安時代まで七時代の衣装を着た人々が順番に京都の通りを行進します。彼らの装いや外見を見ていると、１０００年間の時の流れが感じられます。
多くの外国人歩行者が、興味深そうにその行進を見つめていました。
