今日は、鎌倉散策で精進料理をいただいたので精進料理について。
海外に出てみるといかに日本の料理が繊細で素晴らしいかが分かります。
鎌倉の「鉢の木」さんでいただいた資料によるともともと精進料理自体が、
仏教の修行だったそうです。現在では若い女性や外国人にもヘルシーな
ダイエット料理として人気ですよね。ほんとうまかった。（●^T^●）
