僕は、飛行機の席は必ず通路側をとるようにしている。
確かに窓側だと、寝るときに他の人に起こされることはないの
だが、逆に自分が席を離れたい時、隣の人が寝ていたら非常に
気をつかう。エコノミー症候群などの問題もあるので、僕的には、
気軽に席を立ったり、離れたりできる通路側の方がオススメだ。

Take the better position for your flight

I make it a rule to take an aisle seat when I go to the U.K.
Others do not disturb you when you sleep at the window seat, but you have to care about a lot the person next to you when you want to move to other places. On the aisle, you are able to rise from your seat and move to other places without constraint. Therefore, my recommendation is taking an aisle seat in order to avoid economy syndrome.
